In these guided sessions, you will be supported as you explore your thoughts and feelings through writing, reflection, and, when comfortable, sharing. There is no expectation to be a writer or to have the “right words.” This space is about honesty, release, and reconnecting with your voice in a way that feels safe and empowering.

Over time, poetry can help transform pain into understanding, and silence into expression. It allows you to give shape to what you have carried internally and begin to release it in a way that honors your experience.
